"வெற்றியின் அறிவியலை" நமது மாணவர்கள். இளைஞர்களுக்கு கற்றுத்தருவதே "உன்னால் முடியும்" திட்டத்தின் அடிப்படை நோக்கம்.

வெறும் 500 ஆண்டுகள் வரலாறு கொண்ட அமெரிக்கா, இன்று உலகமே அண்ணாந்து பார்க்கும் சாதனையாளர்களை உருவாக்கியதன் ரகசியம் என்ன? 

கல்வி நிறுவனங்களுக்கு இணையாக, அங்கே இளைஞர்களை சாதிக்கத் தூண்டும் சுய முன்னேற்ற இயக்கம் உயிர்ப்புடன் செயல்படுகிறது. 

தன்னம்பிக்கை, பெரிதினும் பெரிதான இலக்கு நிர்ணயித்தல், நேர நிர்வாகம், சாதுர்யமாக வேலை செய்யும் முறை, விடாமுயற்சி போன்ற வாழ்வியல் திறன்களை மாணவப் பருவத்திலேயே பயிற்றுவிக்கிறது இந்த இயக்கம்.

பில் கிளிண்டன், ஆண்ட்ரே அகாசி, மைக்கேல் ஜோர்டன், ஓப்ரா வின்ப்ரே, பில் கேட்ஸ், ஸ்டீவ் ஜாப்ஸ், மார்க் சுகர்பெக், எலான் மஸ்க் உள்ளிட்ட எண்ணிலடங்கா சாதனையாளர்களை புடம்போட்டு உருவாக்கியது அமெரிக்காவில் உள்ள சுய முன்னேற்ற இயக்கம்தான்.

அமெரிக்காவின் சாதனைகளுக்கெல்லாம் அடித்தளமாக இருக்கும் சுய முன்னேற்ற இயக்கத்தைப் போன்ற ஒரு பிரமாண்டமான சுய முன்னேற்ற இயக்கத்தை தமிழ்நாட்டில் தொடங்கி முன்னெடுத்துச் செல்வதே 'உன்னால் முடியும்' என்ற திட்டம்.

பெரு நகரங்கள், பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள், கல்லூரிகளில் பல்லாயிரம் சுயமுன்னேற்ற பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படும் 

தொலைக்காட்சிகள், மின்னணு ஊடகங்களில்  சுயமுன்னேற்ற பயிற்சி நிகழ்வுகள் திட்டமிட்டு நடத்தப்படும் 

சுயமுன்னேற்றப் புத்தகங்கள், கையேடுகள் பல லட்சம் பிரதிகள் மாணவர்களிடம் விநியோகிக்கப்படும். 

சமூக ஊடகங்களில் சுயமுன்னேற்ற குழுக்கள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு, தொடர் வழிகாட்டுதல் வழங்கப்படும். 

கல்வியாளர்கள், ஊடகவியலாளர்கள் இந்த திட்டத்தின் முக்கியத்துவத்தை உணர்ந்து, இதனை மாபெரும் வெற்றிபெறச் செய்ய வேண்டும்.

Talent Search Trust is a 18 year old service organisation working in the areas of education, skill development, motivation, career guidance, women empowerment and improving health infrastructure.

Talent Search Trust has organised hundreds of School events and College events like ’Science of Success’ motivational Programs and Teacher Orientation Programs.

Talent Search Trust has carried out several health camps for women and children and organised several state level educational events. 

Talent Search Trust in association with Anbhalayaa Foundation has supported in the Renovation of PHC buildings in various districts of Tamilnadu.
